Terra has been with SREDA since 2012 and currently holds the position of Director of Operations, where she oversees internal systems including HR, IT, administration, and Board operations. With over a decade of experience in non-profit management, Terra is particularly passionate about strengthening governance practices, improving operational efficiency, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team.
