SREDA Launches Gateway to Help Businesses Invest, Build, and Grow Faster

SREDA has launched Gateway, a new business concierge service designed to help projects move forward faster in Saskatoon.

Gateway supports businesses planning to build, relocate, expand or renovate in Saskatoon by providing a single point of contact to help navigate site selection, zoning, permitting, application sequencing and other regulatory questions that can affect project timelines. The service may also connect businesses to relevant incentives, funding opportunities, market research, professional service providers and other supports.
By bringing the right partners together earlier in the process, Gateway helps reduce uncertainty, limit unnecessary back-and-forth and support a smoother path from planning to application to approval.

“Gateway reflects our commitment to making Saskatoon a place where businesses can invest, build and grow with confidence,” said Erin Lawson, CEO of SREDA. “Projects can involve many moving parts, and our role is to help companies understand requirements earlier, connect with the right partners at the right time and move forward more efficiently.”

The service will be delivered in close collaboration with the City of Saskatoon and representatives from key municipal departments. This coordinated approach is intended to improve the experience for businesses while strengthening Saskatoon’s reputation as a competitive, investment-ready city.
