Rebecca Row awarded SREDA’s 2024 Bruce Richet Award
SREDA is thrilled to announce Rebecca Row as the recipient of this year’s annual Bruce Richet Award. Rebecca currently serves as the Executive Director of the Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G), a role she has held since January 2023. Before this, Rebecca dedicated 11 years as the Director of Planning for the RM of Corman Park, where she made significant contributions to recreational and land use planning, policy development, and public consultation.
The award was presented to Rebecca Row at the Town of Delisle Community Hall on October 15.
The Bruce Richet Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership and commitment to advancing regional economic development. Rebecca’s expertise in legislative controls and proven planning principles has made her a trusted advisor to many. Her ability to simplify complex concepts and offer practical, clear guidance is highly valued across the region.
We congratulate Rebecca on this well-deserved recognition and celebrate her continued dedication to fostering regional growth and collaboration.
The award was created in 2016 to recognize the exceptional service of Bruce Richet, who represented the Saskatoon Region on the SREDA Board of Directors beginning in 1995. Richet served on all internal committees, chaired the Regional Committee and, in 2013, became the Board Chairman. He provided leadership to the SREDA Regional Committee for over 20 years and took on the important role of getting member communities prepared for growth through regional planning.
