Economic Reconciliation Leadership Education Program

Program Details

SREDA offers an exclusive, SREDA Partner-only two-part leadership education program to help businesses take the next step of meaningful economic reconciliation. This complimentary program provides forward-looking organizations with the education and tools to implement actionable approaches to economic equity, demonstrating how inclusive business practices can strengthen organizations, build lasting partnerships, and drive long-term prosperity across communities and the broader economy.

To enhance the experience and allow for deeper engagement, we strongly encourage participants to complete the following pre-education courses prior to attending:

Day One: Leadership Workshop

Friday, May 22, 2026
Time: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Dakota Dunes Resort & Casino

Join us for an interactive, in-person workshop focused on advancing TRC Call to Action #92 through practical, impactful strategies. Discover how to unlock growth through Indigenous inclusion by understanding current challenges, aligning business processes with reconciliation principles, seeking partnership & investment opportunities, and exploring real-world Nation Rebuilder case studies and best practices.

Participants will have the opportunities to engage openly with complex topics, exchange perspectives, and learn alongside others in a structured, professional environment.
