Wanda Hunchak Leadership Award
At the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority (SREDA), we are proud to recognize the individuals who make a lasting impact on our region through leadership, vision, and service. Our annual awards honour those who contribute meaningfully to economic development and community growth across the Saskatoon Region.
This annual award celebrates emerging leaders who are passionate advocates for the Saskatoon Region business community and demonstrate strong volunteerism through their service on local boards.
Named in honour of Wanda Hunchak, who served on the SREDA Board of Directors for over eight years, including as Chair and Vice Chair, this award recognizes the next generation of leaders who share her commitment to entrepreneurship, economic development, and community-building.
Application
In recognition of this service, SREDA created the Wanda Hunchak Leadership Award. The award will be presented this year at SREDA’s Fall Economic Update Presentation.
Nominees should be emerging leaders who are passionate advocates for the Saskatoon Region business community and/or actively contribute through volunteer service on local boards.
Please note: Individuals must be nominated by someone else, self-nominations will not be accepted.
