SREDA invites qualified proponents to submit proposals that demonstrate the expertise, capacity, and strategic alignment required to deliver a high-impact concierge program supporting growth and investment across the Saskatoon Region.

The attached RFP outlines the full project scope, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and key timelines.

Proposal deadline: February 6, 2026

All submissions must be completed in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Background

SREDA is launching a development concierge service on behalf of the City of Saskatoon to support the expansion of businesses based in Saskatoon and help them navigate critical challenges in the development process. The program is designed to reduce complexity and uncertainty for growing businesses by providing coordinated guidance through municipal processes and development requirements. For projects approved through this program, SREDA will offer a structured discovery process, development of an action plan, coordination with municipal departments and key stakeholders, and guidance through permit applications, helping projects move forward more efficiently and with greater clarity.
