Specialist, Administration

Location: Saskatoon; Permanent, Part-Time

Reporting to the Director, Operations and Corporate Planning, the Specialist, Administration is responsible for supporting the success of the organization through a provision of administrative support to the SREDA team. Through a flexible, organized, solution oriented approach, the Specialist, Administration is key to supporting the execution of SREDA’s projects and priorities.

The Specialist, Administration is responsible for the following:

  • Provide administrative support to SREDA’s Directors
  • Provide cross-pillar administrative support on a variety of programs and events
  • Provide general administration duties such as answering the telephone, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries
  • Manage calendars and travel
  • Create/edit letters, presentations, and correspondence
  • Organize and attend meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Oversee the functions of the CRM (HubSpot) and manage the corporate membership database
  • Assist with stakeholder communications
  • Identify and execute process improvements across the organization; maintain SOPs for responsibility areas
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and IT devices
  • Manage SREDA’s electronic and paper filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in business or related; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 2+ years of experience working in administration
  • Superior skills in the Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat
  • Previous experience with HubSpot considered an asset
  • Established relationship building skills; demonstrates ability to work cooperatively with peers and various stakeholder groups
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
