The Tech Trip (TTT) is an entrepreneurship program for local tech companies to join representatives from SREDA and Co.Labs in Montreal for Start Up Fest to meet with high-impact investors and mentors who can help take their startups to the next level and scale.

Program Benefits

  • Opportunity to collaborate, gain insight and learn from other winners of The Tech Trip.
  • Financial compensation provided to one founder of the company.

Eligibility

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Business located in the Saskatoon Region
  • Have an active business license (if required by your municipality or reserve) 
  • Be registered or incorporated with Information Services Canada (ISC)

Timeline

  • Applications Open: April 26
  • Applications Close: May 13 at 1:00PM
  • Pitches: May 25 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM
  • Winners Announced at Co.Launch Finale: June 2
  • Trip: July 12 – 15, Montreal, QC 

Timeline Details

  1. Applications – Interested tech companies submit an online application by May 13, 2022, at 1:00 PM. 
  2. Pitch – The Top 10 tech companies will be invited to make a 5-minute pitch to SREDA and Co.Labs about their business and why they should be chosen to participate in TTT. 
  3. Announcement – Winners of the TTT will be announced at the Co.Launch Finale on June 2, 2022.
  4. Trip – The winners will travel to Montreal, QC, from July 12 – 15, 2022, to attend the Start Up Fest and make connections with investors and mentors who can help take their startups to the next level and scale.
