BUSINESS ATTRACTION

MINING TECHNOLOGY EXPLORE PROGRAM

The Mining Technology EXPLORE Program connects emerging technology solutions to the Saskatchewan mining industry. Through this program, SREDA provides financial support to companies with technologies that are applicable to the mining industry. This program supports companies in their travel and attendance at the Saskatchewan Mining Supply Chain Forum.

AGRICULTURE TECHNOLOGY HARVEST PROGRAM

The Agriculture Technology HARVEST Program connects soil health technology solutions to the Saskatchewan agricultural industry. Through this program, SREDA provides financial support to companies with technologies that are applicable to the agricultural industry. This program supports companies in their travel and attendance at the 2022 Ag in Motion Outdoor Farm Expo.

THE TECH TRIP

The Tech Trip is an entrepreneurship program for local tech companies to join representatives from SREDA and Co.Labs in Montreal for Start Up Fest to meet with high-impact investors and mentors who can help take their startups to the next level and scale.

SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION & COLLABORATION AWARDS

SREDA is pleased to offer the Science, Technology, Innovation and Collaboration Awards (STIC Awards). These awards showcase the people, projects and products in the Saskatoon Region’s growing science and technology cluster and their impact on the local economy.

AG IN MOTION INNOVATIONS PROGRAM

Ag in Motion, in partnership with SREDA, is pleased to offer the Ag in Motion Innovations Program. This program celebrates the latest innovations in the Saskatchewan agriculture industry by presenting awards to industry leaders.

ECONOMIC RECONCILIATION

SREDA INDIGENOUS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SCHOLARSHIP

The SREDA Indigenous Economic Development Scholarship was created in 2018 to recognize leaders in the Indigenous community by offering a $5,000 scholarship to an Indigenous student who is actively enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Community Economic Development at Great Plains College Warman Campus.

SOAR

SOAR is an Indigenous entrepreneurship support program that offers entrepreneurs access to a variety of business development support services to learn, launch and soar their business in Saskatoon.
