VILLAGE OF CLAVET

The Village of Clavet is a proud community of 410 residents. Just South of Saskatoon, the village offers a unique opportunity to experience a small town atmosphere with urban amenities. TOWN OF ABERDEEN

RM OF BLUCHER NO 343

The RM of Blucher is a diverse municipality of approximately 2,000 residents located just 10 minutes southeast of Saskatoon. The RM offers varied forms of residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial development.

RM OF CORMAN PARK NO 344

The RM of Corman Park surrounds the City of Saskatoon and includes five bedroom communities. It’s a very diverse taxps ayer base with active agriculture and growing industrial and residential sectors.

TOWN OF DALMENY

Dalmeny is located 12 mins northwest of Saskatoon. Dalmeny is a thriving young community of almost 1,900 people. People move to Dalmeny because of the residential character – clean, quiet, safe, well laid out and full of friendly people.

TOWN OF DELISLE

Delisle, with a population of 1,000 people, has a healthy mix of young and old. There is a wide cross-section of services available to meet the demands of the different generations. Employment opportunities are available and the town is enjoying steady growth.

TOWN OF HEPBURN

TOWN OF LANGHAM

Langham is a vibrant community with the best of rural and urban life. Saskatoon, only 20 minutes away, is very accessible on a four-lane highway. CITY OF MARTENSVILLE

Martensville is located 8km north of Saskatoon and can be reached via the double-lane Highway 12 from Saskatoon. Martensville is a community of families, friends and neighbours who work, play and grow together in a safe, active and healthy environment.

TOWN OF ROSTHERN

Rosthern is strategically located halfway between the major cities of Saskatoon and Prince Albert. Rosthern is a progressive, welcoming town with rich cultural activities and recreational diversity. SASKATOON
