The Saskatoon Police Service provides policing services within the city limits. More than five hundred staff members handle public safety, investigative, air support, explosive disposal and emergency response services.

Rural areas are policed by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) with detachments in Martensville, Warman, Delisle and Rosthern.
