SREDA Board of Directors Call for Nominations

SREDA helps grow the local economy by providing programs and services in the areas of Business Attraction, Business Expansion; Entrepreneurship Support; Regional Economic Development & Planning; Economic Forecasting & Analysis; and Marketing the Saskatoon Region.

Individuals who are interested in making an impact on the local economy are encouraged to submit a nomination to be on the 2017 SREDA Board of Directors. Individuals expressing an interest must be members in good standing, or agree to become a member.

There is 1 two-year term Board position available with 13 existing members expressing an interest to renew their terms with the Board. All expressions will be considered with preference given to those who meet the following criteria.

Target Organizations

  • Small Business Owners/Operators
  • Large Employers
  • Organizations representing key sectors in the Saskatoon Region such as construction, transportation, and manufacturing.

Target Skill Sets/Experience

  • Board of Director Experience
  • Finance
  • Aboriginal Economic Development
  • Human Resources
  • Small Business Management
  • Legal
